About Dr. Judith Mabel

DrMabelDr. Judith Mabel specializes in developing individualized nutritional and supplemental programs based on clinical findings and patient profile. Dr. Mabel draws on her varied experience, ranging from traditional to alternative health care practices. Dr. Mabel can help you sort through the confusing and often contradictory information you may hear about from magazines and from professional and academic sources. She not only makes proven recommendations, but also educates her clients about nutrition, empowering them to take an active role in the transformation of their bodies.

Dr. Mabel’s background includes experience as a nutritionist, scientist and dietitian. She is the author of more than a dozen scientific and clinical papers on nutrition, and has been a featured writer for the Tufts Diet and Nutrition Newsletter.

As a Certified LEAP therapist she has been specially trained to work with a patented blood test called MRT (Mediator Release Test). She combines the MRT results with your medical history to customize an elimination diet called LEAP (Lifestyle Eating and Performance.) She has discovered from firsthand experience the negative impact that food sensitivities can have on one’s health.
